[TYPO3] I am trying to setup a calendar

I am trying to setup a calendar, following the only description I found
for dummies

and stuck now at:
copy typo3conf/ext/cal/template to fileadmin/templates/cal

There is a picture included with the title Include static (from
extension) with Selected and Object, but I cannot find this one in Typo3.

Another problem I have with Calendar records.
I have added a category and an event. The two events start at 10:30 am
and ends at noon, and 2pm till 3:30pm
How do I write the time:     10:30  12:00   and   14:00   15:30  ?????

I also want to have it weekly, but it gives me an error:
