[TYPO3] news_plus needed by it is obsolete

Thanks for the long answer.

Sorry, accidently I mixed the  sg_newsplus and news_plus.  I have a site whree 
I need the FE-User-Editing and Layout-Selection functions, and I worried why 
I see this extension in the TER marked as obsolete....
