[TYPO3] dam ext not creating table tx_dam

There might be a reason why the key is set on file_path ;-)
The point is that the fieldtype is varchar(255) and you are using utf-8 
without setup for that on the MySQL server. So you have to blow up any 
text based field by the factor of 2. Due to that the field type becomes 
a tiny blob which requires a limit for the key.

I would expect that your "solution" might create other drawbacks.
