[TYPO3] I lost my right-click menu (more info)

hello,

sorry to come again with my problem, but I have more information 
about the symptoms:
the menus disappear as soon as I add the following line:
require_once('realurl_conf.php');
wherever i put it (at the beginning, before the #INSTALL SCRIPT EDIT 
PoINT TOKEN, or at the end of the file) in the localconf.php, even if 
the realurl_conf.php file contains only the two lines:
<?php
?>

Is it a known problem ?
Sorry if it's a dumb question :-), I'm a Typo3 and a Php newbie
