[TYPO3] TV 1.3.6 - 4.2.1 - "Create New Content" shows blank page

Hi there!

I use typo3 4.2.1 and i've TV 1.3.6 installed and creating new content 
elements results in a blank page. Example content installed by TV itself 
works properly and is editable.

Any sugestions or someone with similar problem ?
