[TYPO3-english] Sitemap (Secton Index) + referenced content elements

Could you please describe how the referenced elements are inserted?
I just checked the default method using the type "insert records" together
with a default "sitemap/w index" menu and I wasn't able to reproduce the
behaviour you described.
