[TYPO3-english] Which extension is close to do that?

Hi for the pdf-.creation you could either go via a html step and
convert the html to pdf (for example by using the open source program
htmldoc) or use the appache FOP http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/
and put an xml step in between.
