[TYPO3] Dummy Installation 4.2.1 + rte in a frontend-plugin + linebreaks will be lost after saving the page

Hallo together,

TYPO3 4.2.1, htmlarea 1.7.5, no other extensions, no special 
configurations, a really dummy installation


Following problem:

A small frontend-plugin with a textarea with RTE only for testing.

When i make linebreaks in the rte, they will allways be lost after 
saving the page.

In the standard content element "Text", the linebreaks will not be lost 
after saving.

Some idea?


The linebreaks in the standard content element are saved with 
<p>&nbsp;</p>. In the frontend-plugin with <p></p>.

I have made no changes to the configurations, everything is default.

How can i get the same linebreaks then in the standard content element?
