[TYPO3] Problems with sorting section elements

Sometimes it's hard to find a reported bug - but now I have found one 
bug of this topic:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=8882

but without any response - so I added my information of the 
position-problem.

Maybe there is more response on an other reported bug of this topic - 
but I didn't found it ...
