[TYPO3] Where is a good place to host a typo3 site? (USA)

Hi, 

Found mine after searching through webhostingtalk forums, find the best
from there and filter them out. 

My sites are hosted in the US, I've been using mine for almost 2 years
now without problems. In fact, I was very satisfied with my shared
account that I upgraded to their reseller accounts - I sent you an email
leading to the direct host.
