[TYPO3] Where is a good place to host a typo3 site? (USA)

Because it is best supported I think. A friend of mine hosted its TYPO3 
website somewhere in the USA for a few years and suddenly the website 
did not work anymore... They have installed Apache's modsecurity without 
thinking twice about the implication (it requires a few tuning for 
TYPO3) and without advertising their customers...
