[TYPO3] Install tool not detecting ImageMagick

I have installed apache/php etc here:

C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\s_bungert\Eigene Dateien\Work\xampp\

ImageMagick (as found through the download link on www.typo3.org/) is 
extracted here
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\s_bungert\Eigene 
Dateien\Work\xampp\apache\ImageMagick\

I've told the install tool where to check, but after clicking the send 
button I see this



*No ImageMagick installation available*

It seems that there is no adequate ImageMagick installation available at 
the checked locations (/usr/X11R6/bin/, /usr/bin/, 
c:\apache\ImageMagick\, c:\php\imagemagick\, C:\Dokumente und 
Einstellungen\s_bungert\Eigene Dateien\Work\xampp\apache\ImageMagick\)
An 'adequate' installation for requires 'convert', 'combine'/'composite' 
and 'identify' to be available


It even looked, apparently, where ImageMagick is located. How come it 
says that it's not there?
