[TYPO3] srfeuserregister & errorMessageForEvalRule

plugin.tx_srfeuserregister_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.languageCode.tx_extrafeusers_terms 
  = I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions

you need to substitute "languageCode" with language code. Either 
"default" or some specified, i.e. ru, en, de etc. (:  like

plugin.tx_srfeuserregister_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.default.tx_extrafeusers_terms 
  = I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions

or

plugin.tx_srfeuserregister_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.en.tx_extrafeusers_terms  = I 
have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions
