[TYPO3] Directmail detected as spam

Hi

Is it possible to time the mails leaving?

It seems that the provider has blocked all mails from my server now, I tried 
to send a mail to my daughter and it got bounced back.

Hiw do I get this unblocked?

Sorry I am not up on this, need advise - thanks.
