[TYPO3] wec_flashplayer video play flv file

Hey,

It is my first time to put flv file on a TYPO3 website. I can play flv 
file with the player on my local PC. I uploaded the flv files to TYPO3's 
fileadmin directory and followed the ext's instruction inputed all the 
parameters in the flexform. The problem is the flv file does not appear 
at all. Do I need to do some special configuration? Can any of you give 
me some hint please?
