[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register is not listed in "New content element"

If it's installed, you insert it into the page the same way as almost
every other TYPO3 extension: set the 'Type' field of the content
element to "Insert Plugin," then choose the plugin you want from the
'Plugin' field.
