[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register is not listed in "New content element"

Hello everyone...

I'm a noob working my way through the sr_feuser_register documentation 
here:

I'm on step 4, at the "Then, on the same page, after the New Login Box, 
insert the Front End User Registration extension," portion...

I can't find the extension to insert it...

1) I click the page module
2) Select the home page with my template and new login box
3) Click the "Create new content element" icon under the new login box
4) I'm assuming the FE user extension should be in the list but it's not...

Am I in the wrong spot, or did I mess up somewhere else ? - I've checked 
the Ext manager and it's loaded, and I have been able to change settings 
in the constant editor for the FE User under templates... Does anyone 
know what I'm missing ???

Appreciate any ideas...
