The difference is:

[Common Item States, see above]
for TMENU

vs.

[Common Item States, see above]
+ rollover version for all, except SPC
+additional Properties
for GMENU

But I have to admit it's a bit misleading that this difference is not
explained at the "Common Item States" page itself.
