[TYPO3] Send mail to all FE-users after change to site?

Hoi Eef,

there is a module that will fire an mail whenever a content element  
is changed.
But I believe it was more designed to notify admins rather then  
sending a nice
mail to clients.

The mail is thus plain text, nothing fancy and
fired on EVERY change!
