[TYPO3] Cannot get Mailing List Archive maillisttofaq to work

Hi List;

I have successfully installed maillisttofaq but am unable to get the 
categories displayed in the front-end.  Another question is that I don't 
know how the plugin get the users' name, id, email address when they 
post their messages while a login does not seem to be anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
