[TYPO3] make page a link pointing to a section of another page?

Thanks for the pointer.  Unfortunately that's now what I was looking 
for.  I know how to create links pointing to various objects within a 
page as the video demonstrates.  But I need to make the page itself (in 
the menu) a link pointing to, say, a section in another page or a PDF file.
