[TYPO3] GifBuilder-->Weird font displaying

Hi Patrick,

It works with DIN-Medium.otf, but I use same font (DIN-Medium.otf) for 
the menu font image replacement, and here is what I get:

For the middle menu it's fine for the left one it's ok except for that 
one between Germany and Norway, but the alpha list to the right is the 
worst one. It is a matrix of little pictures, one letter per picture. 
When I change the size of letters (pictures) some of them are generated 
fine, but majority of them is not.

Furthermore I tried some of the fonts, that worked on the earlier Image 
magic-typo3 installation and it is broken on the installation that I'm 
currently working on. I've no idea what to do.
