[TYPO3] How to display URLs of external apps sharing Typo3 website domain?

    Hello folks,

    I'm having a little problem with links in my Typo3 website pages and 
I was hoping someone could help me with that.

    The trouble is that I have other web applications sharing the same 
website domain name with Typo3. This is what I have:

- My main Typo3 based website running at www.tdwg.org;
- An Online Journal Management System (OJS) running at www.tdwg.org/ojs.

    When I'm writing documentation for these applications and try to add 
the URL for OJS on the Typo3 website in a content element, Typo3 refuses 
to display the link because it doesn't recognize that link as a valid 
Typo3 page. See http://www.tdwg.org/membership/available-services/ for 
an example.

    Is there any way I can tell Typo3 to accept www.tdwg.org/ojs as a 
valid URL even though it isn't a Typo3 page?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
