So, your current options are these:
1. Don't let the group in question edit content on those pages (you
may still be able to let these users edit content on another page and
set the 'locked' page up to display content elements from that page).
2. Set Page TSconfig in the relevant pages or branches to hide the
fields the group shouldn't have access to.
