[TYPO3] Versioning works only in adminitrator BE user mode

Hello,
i'm using Typo3 V413
I would like to offer to my BE redactors the possibility to use page 
versioning.
But this fonctionality which works very well when i'm connected with the 
BE administrator account, doesn't works when i'm connected with a 
redactor account.
In fact, it's the versioning option which doesn't appear in the 
contextual menu (click page icon) on each page.

Any configuration option is necessary to activate this possibility ?
