[TYPO3] Typo3 user/group management

Hi Ingmar,
Maybe you could check the page ts config 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/references/doc_core_tsconfig/4.1.0/view/1/3/ 
and there TCEMAIN.permissions.userid/groupid.
