[TYPO3] da_newsletetr_subscription extension, local attributes info not apearing in BE module

Hi,

This is a more concise post about an issue I am having with the 
da_newsletter_subscription module.

According to the manual, you can create a form to capture additional 
data about subscribers, which seems to work fine.

but in the BE in the newsletter subscription module, those form fields 
should be listed as "Local Attributes", but they do not appear.

I see in the manual that User Attributes can be enabled in the PageTS, 
but the manual says nothing about configuration of local attributes...

See about halfway down for ow it should look.... i dont see LOCAL 
ATTRIBUTES at all...

any suggestions? any help much appreciated.
