[TYPO3] indexed_search searchresults title- and pathlink-(encoding)problems

hi all,


i have the following problem with the search result listing:

characters like "&" (ampersand) in the title and in the path are encoded 
in html as "&" (which results to "&" in the display).  at 
the same time ampersands in the description are encoded correctly (once).

so this probably means, that the ampersands are encoded twice. but why?

i read, that a similar bug with indexed-search was resolved in 2006, so 
i guess my configuration is somehow wrong.

another problem is that whereas the links in title of the resultitem 
work fine, the links in the path lack some of the url-parameters and 
therefore do not always work.

also, i'm using realurl, yet both links seem to be unaffected by that 
(the links look like this: 
"...index.php?id=107&no_cache=1&sword_list[0]=test" )

in a different site with supposedly the same setup, these problems do 
not occur... i tried to find a difference in the setup, that could 
account for the problems, but so far have not found anything...

any ideas, where to look?
