[TYPO3] Force Full Screen Rich Text Editing...

I have asked this question on the list before (about 2 months ago) and did not get an answer...
 
Is it possible to force users into the Full Screen Rich Text Editing mode while the user is in QuickEdit?
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
