[TYPO3] Problem with adding a second language

Hi

As many times before Im trying to add a second language to a TYPO3 site.

When I add the language I can only see the Language and Select flag icon 
fields.

The Select official Language(ISO code) select box is missing.

Im using version 4.1

Any help is appreciated
