[TYPO3] Typo3 install - administrator user creation

Hy all!

I'm a first timer with Typo3 and I want to try it out. I downloaded
the new version ( 4.1.1 ), and launched the install procedure. After
creating the tables I want to create a new Administrator user with the
Install Tool, but it does nothing. It signs me that the new user has
been created, but no data is written into the database, and I can not
log in to the backend.

Has anyone any idea why is this?

My System is:
WinXP Pro SP2, Apache 2.0.55, PHP 5.1.6 with MySQL
