[TYPO3] question about fe user handling

Hi Jan,

As you propably already figured out, you don't have to give admin rights
to BE user group who can make new FE users.

Just make sure the appropriate fields are activated, that is:
appropriate rights to the BE group's "allowed excludefields" and you
also have to allow sysfolder as page type.
