[TYPO3] Email notification when content changes/added on a Multi-Langauge site.

hey All,

I need to create a webside with about 8 languages.
Our base language will be english.

Now the idea is that when content is added/change on the english
version, we need to send out 8 emails (or at least 1) to all
content editors for the different languages. So they can go
in, and change/add the language where they are responsible for.

Also in the mail it should be noted what content element has been 
added/changed.

Anybody know a method to do this?
