[TYPO3] How to configure Workspace-Notification-Emails?

Hi members,
I was just wondering how I can ~configure the layout~ (and language!) of 
the emails TYPO3 is sending to workspace-owners, when the stage of 
content elements has been changed (by an editor) ?

Such an Email looks like this at the moment:
At the TYPO3 site "MyNewTYPO3" (http://www.url.tld/typo3/) in workspace 
"Entwurfs-Workspace" (#1) the stage has changed for the element 
"tx_myext_myext:112":
