[TYPO3] How to make the index search, search only a section of the page tree

Hi List,

I actually have two question :-)

1. is it posible, or is there and extension that allow you to have a
content element of text with multimdia? Eg: text with a flash element?
Just like the text/w images ?

2. how do you make the index search to only allow it to search a section
of the page tree? Instead of everything on the site :)
