[TYPO3] change admin page colour

Thanks Dmitry,

I have put TYPO3 4.0 on my server but it says the PHP isn't the correct one. 
I contacted my host co and they say they are not updating as yet.

and Yes it does have a better look, and I eventually want to upgrade.
