[TYPO3] New extension for multi-client support: Wurfl2

Yesterday I have uploaded a new extension to TER: Wurfl2.
It allows to use the WURFL, the "Wireless Universal Resource File" from
within Typo3.
WURFL (http://wurfl.sourceforge.net) is an open source compilation of
information of mobile devices which is kept up-to-date by a large community.
It also has a smart search algorithm to access the information.

Wurfl2 is an update to the original Wurfl extension by Michael Perkhofer. It
now uses the current version of the WURFL PHP library 2.1 with its new
configuration method. Also some convenience functions have been integrated
in the BE module.
