BTW, this has nothing to do with the CSS files. It just tells the browser 
to use CSS for formatting. If you enable it the editor will eg use <span 
style="font-weight:bold"> instead of <b>/<strong>. I suggest you don't set 
it because it's easier to add additional style information to <b>. Another 
plus is thta you can now disable the style attribute, to avoid any 
copy-n-patse style fragments from text editors (which can break a layout 
quite easily).
