[TYPO3] urgent help needed

You wrote that typo3conf has also been deleted. Well, then you have to configure typo3 (image manipulation support, database connection, etc.) right after "restoring" the folders (as mentioned from Fabian). Then go to the backend and import your backup. And you have to hope, that the backup was created with extension dependencies - if not, you first have to figure out which extensions where installed and install them. If the old data is still in the database and you don't know which extensions it were - you can check out the names of the database tables. Tables starting with "tx_" and "user_" are from extensions - followed by the extension name. Install those extensions again ("user_" extensions are custom extensions that are not available in TER - YOU have to have them). Then import the backup.

Alternatively - your webserver should make a backup every day. Maybe you can restore the missing folders from the hdd-backup.
