[TYPO3] Typo3 and Skype conflicter

Typo3 runs on web server, it does not have any listening sockets. 
Whoever gave you that information, either he/she was wrong, or you 
misunderstood.

Most likely your web server is configured to run secure sites. But this 
has nothing to do with typo3.
