[TYPO3] Typo3 and Skype conflicter

I got this answer earlier that Skype and Typo3 both use port 443 and I 
should start Typo3 before Skype. Isn't there something I can do so this two 
isn't conflicting? Because I have Skype to start-up with my computer 
automatically every day and I'm tired of closing it and start Typo3 and the 
starting it again. I think some of you may have encountered the same 
problem, right? I don't use a router only ADSL modem 512/512.
