[TYPO3] typoscript editor

thats awesome, but, oops, i meant to write textwrangler...

any takers on textwrangler? I noticed that the syntax foe settig up a 
syntax highlighting thingie for tw is the same as smultron, so i may 
bring it over if no one else has done it....
