[TYPO3] Web->View: Language

Hi all.

Is there a way to use User TSconfig to set the website language that is 
displayed when a BE-User clicks on Web->View so he will jump to his 
User-defined language instead of going to the default-Language and then 
having to switch to another language..
In Other words, I'd like the user to be here:

index.php?id=1&L=2

instead of here:

index.php?id=1
