[TYPO3] Don't migrate to PHP 5.2.0

Full ack. 

I did some testings last night and there are at least
3 major issues i could reproduce on several systems.

Especially  39438 is higly typo3 related since it
prevents all memory consuming functions from working
(e.g extmgr, arr2xml etc.)

Even worse 39381:
Serverall PHP projects e.g. oscommerce, bb, wordpress etc
do not run on 5.2 due to this issue.

So i strongly recommend to stay at 5.1.6 until these issues
have been fixed.
