No, no plusses, neither on the left, nor on the right. I've just installed
MySQL and used that instead of MS SQL, doing exactly the same setup-wise,
and now I have plusses to the left of pages with subpages. Apparently it
has to do with MS SQL. I'm giving up on MS SQL - now I just need to figure
out how to convert the 15+ GB MS SQL database to MySQL.

Thanks! Weird that it was enabled, I didn't change any settings when
installing templavoila. Perhaps it's some MS SQL thing like with the other
problem.

Thanks for your help Dmitry!
