[TYPO3] Newsletter subscription module

Hi

I have a few questions about da_newsletter subscription module.

1. The link in the mail to the user upon pressing "sign up" looks like this:

http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?id=65&no_cache=1&tx_danewslettersubscription_pi1[e]=mail%40domain.com&tx_danewslettersubscription_pi1[m]=153988838

but only this part of the text is rendered as a link:

http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?id=65&no_cache=1&tx_danewslettersubscription_pi1

and the user is not sent to the right page.

Is there a way to fix this?

2. Is there a way to insert emailadresses from the backend. We have a 
list of subscribers from another system. How do we transfer them to the 
da_newsletter system?

By looking at the database I see the table 
tx_danewslettersubscription_furels where the users are registered. Can 
anybody explain how the number in the fe_user field is generated?
