[TYPO3] Delete Several Records at One Time

Hello Everyone,
I've created hundreds of records in the back end with direct mail email 
address imports and ics calendar file imports. How can I delete many 
records at one time using the TYPO3 back end? Do I have to use 
phpMyAdmin? If so how do I know what to delete?
