[TYPO3] Connecting to Extension repo

Hi Tonny,

thank you for you advise. But I'm still using typo3 3.8.1
I have also here in Germany typo3 on my notebook. This typo3 can access the
extension repository. 
And I think, I have the same installation like my typo3 in Australia.
