[TYPO3] Certain section internal link appear in pop up window

Hello,

One option would be to set the internal link target in the constant 
editor for that section to _blank for example. (I don't know weather you 
can do that in an ext template...)

Another option that comes to my mind at the moment is to install the 
extension that is called popup manager (or something like that). Then 
you are able to check a box in the page header that this site should 
open a new window.
