[TYPO3] FW: EXT: iwi_img_catalog extension

Hi !
 
I find this extension very usefull but have 2 little problems
1. how can I easyly translate it 
2. if i copy template to fileadmin/some/where and put in constants : 
  

plugin.tx_iwiimgcatalog_pi1.file.templateFile =
fileadmin/some/where/iwi_img_catalog_minimalistic.html

my template doesnot get read!
